our two connections stopped working on **th september ****, the customer care representative told us to wait till morning as it was a cloudy day so the interruption may occur due to that.
On **th september again called the customer care to register complaint to which i was replied that your complaint has been registered, aftr waiting for a complaint registeration message i again called customer care for my complaint status and then i came to know no complaint was raised. Then the complaint was raised and i got the message for the same but no engineer visited .
Then next day again called them and then they said i have raised a complaint to replace my set top box which i obviously didn't raised, i told them this is not my issue to which they cancelled the complaint and filed a new one and told that our engineer will visit you within ** hours and due to the inconvenience caused we will not have to pay service charges of rs *** but we have to pay for any part which will b replaced or any new part.
the engineer called us within an hour and said rudely" mere paas time nahi hai time hoga tb aaunga aur paise doge tbhi aaunga"
But the engineer didn't came. on **th september again called the customer care and told them about the misbehaviour of the engineer. the engineer (Mr. Ajay) came on **th in evening and he did his work there was an issue with the wire joint. He started asking for money to which we said we were told not to pay service charges to which he said " pay toh aapko karna hi padega aise nahi kroge main aapke account mein add krwa dunga recharge ke time bharna fir woh paise"
.to avoid this drama we paid him the service charges of rs *** and asked him "ab ache se hogya theek ab koi problem toh nahi aayegi"
to which he replied "bs abhi ka kaam chalaao aap abhi chal gye na aapke tv kaafi hai"
we ignored all his words.
on **th september our recharge was due so we recharged the d*h for month, and on the **nd there was some wind in our area and the whole wire just fell down the ground , the joint was not properly tightened and it just fell off.
Then again started the struggle of calling the customer care talked with their senior supervisor and they said our engineer will reach within * hours and again within an hour the engineer ( Mr.Ajay) called us asked for the location and said "main abhi thodi der mein aata hun" , again he didn't came.
I called the customer care again at ** pm today and asked them to cut both my connections to whuch i got the reply they only have a policy to cut one connection and i have to keep one coonection.
Then i asked them to transfer my call to senior supervisor and they said we will arrange a call back from the head of our area within one hour and i didnt recieved any call till now.
Mr. Akash the senior supervisor also told us to pay *** service charges to the engineer to which we objected saying that we already have paid the amount on last visit and withing a month if issue is not resolved we are not supposed to pay service charges again and again to which he said u will get call from your area head and u should confirm about the payment you made earlier from him. And when i asked them to cut both my connection ans refund the recharge amount because we are suffering due to their engineer's fault, to which they have no policy.
Then recieved a call from their customer care and again they are giving us time to wait for another * hours for resolving the issue, and telling us to keep trust on the procedure .
it has been * days trusting their representatives and they are only fooling us by giving ** hours and * hours deadlines since last * days.
ultimately consumer is suffering , consumer is paying.
