I no longer have access to my old number which I used to login to Unacademy plus subscription.
However I still have access to the registered email address using which I have mailed them several times requesting them to help me login into my account.
Because of being unable to login, I am unable to watch any of the paid content which I've paid for. I had written the first mail on ** May ****. Even after * weeks, my simple issue has not been resolved.
Taking more than two weeks for resolving a common customer problem is simply not acceptable. I am unable to access to login and access any of the lectures. My precious time is getting lost due to extremely deficient service from their support team. I have a full trail mail which I can forward for proof of the same.
