- Complaint not attending Open
I have lodged my complaint number ********* **.**.**** at *.** pm for setup box hanged (tv not working (d*h symbol is displayed after that nothing happens.). Without attending my call by person/phone complaint closed as "Auto Resolution". Again complaint number as ********* **.**.**** *.** pm.
Narasimha Reddy - Supervisor - Bangalore Branch spoke. No solution. Again complaint number ********* **.**.**** (* pm, Prakash) **.** pm
Manikanth - Supervisor - Hyderabad Branch spoke. No solution.
Again on **.**.**** from **.** pm onwards call centre people spoken as below

again **.** (Noida Office) Fresh complaint raised number: *********.
**.** Nodal office Satish - Promised to will be resolved to today
**.** (Harish) - Blr - *********, Saying delayed for today escalating issue to a supervisor.
The only wrong thing I have done is a long recharge pack. Still, I am having ****/- balance in the account. I don't have a choice of moving to another provider. These d*h people playing with me.
