I have lodged my complaint number ********* **.**.**** at *.** pm for setup box hanged (tv not working (d*h symbol is displayed after that nothing happens.). Without attending my call by person/phone complaint closed as "Auto Resolution". Again complaint number as ********* **.**.**** *.** pm.

The only wrong thing I have done is a long recharge pack. Still, I am having ****/- balance in the account. I don't have a choice of moving to another provider. These d*h people playing with me.
