I purchased a jacket on myntra.com which was delivered to me any used and defective condition. Is the head of weight too many wrinkles and was very dirty I have posted on WhatsApp video of the same jacket on YouTube on the very same day it was delivered to me i.e. September *, ****.

The jacket's condition is too bad that I have no other option but to return it to myntra. So I scheduled a return of the jacket on Sep *nd, **** but the Ekart logistics wish master on Sep *rd, **** rejected my pick up saying that it is dirty. Of course it is dirty, it was delivered to me dirty.

I also showed the Wish master the unboxing video recorded in *K quality clearly showing that the jacket was arrived defective and dirty. I am returning it as it was delivered to me. I had so many wrinkles that I didn’t wear it at all.

But he said that he understands what I told him and showed him but his senior won’t accept this jacket. He told me that he can’t take it him and rejected my pick up.

Later I get a text from Ekart Logistics saying pickup rejected (Product mis-matched) but there was no product mis-match at all.

It was a terrible experience shopping on Myntra I called Customer Care champion as they call it and he said to me, “How can that jacket pass the quality check at Myntra warehouse if it wasn’t up to the mark.”

I told him also about the unboxing video too but the customer care champion refused to look at it.

Now I am suffering terribly worrying if I will ever be able to return it and get the money paid refunded.

I couldn’t sleep last night at all.
I am so stressed about it.
