- Complaint against cable TV provider Open
We are the subscriber of Den Cable through the local cable service provider in Sector – 15 Faridabad, details of local cable provider are mentioned below. Since changes are done by TRAI in broadcasting and cable services, our cable has neither provided any details about package or channels nor taken any input regarding channels. The local cable service provider is giving us only limited channels and we ask them the reason for this blunt response that we provide these channels only, either discontinue us or keep viewing these limited channels. The local cable service provider is continuously charging Rs 300/- from Feb this year. Also, a representative of the local cable service provider always misbehaves and argues with my old mother and wife whenever they inquire about the channels. I have also registered a complaint with DEN cables on their customer care, but not receive any response from them. DEN Cable complaint number is 5267354.
