Like to inform you that I am stuck in Germany due to COVID crisis and Visa is expiring on *th July
*. Air India allow me to book the ticket on *th June for flight * st July(Frankfurt to Bangalore)
*. They deducted the money from my bank
*. Before * st July i enquire /dropped an email to air India multiple times at least * emails about the flight status but no response.
*. I called the call center they inform me that flight got canceled.on **th June
*. Still today no official communication from Airindia
*. Also the amount they have deducted still not credited in my bank account.
