I had *gb/day for ** days after recharging with ***. Yesterday, my balance got deducted after which I called the customer service and the guy I was talking to he was aware that I have a *** recharged on my phone. Still advised me to send text to **** so that if there is no data balance there would not be any further deduction from the main balance. Hence, I sent the message. However, afterwards when I am trying to turn on my internet it is charging me money and balance is getting deducted from the main balance.
Now, when I called the customer service they are accepting that it is their fault but at the same time saying that they cannot do anything at all. I asked them to transfer the line to their senior/supervisor against which got reply that there is no senior available.
