As per Hathway exaggerate advertisement #ConsumerIsTheKing which actually makes customer ditch by their behaviour and service. I have selected my own channel list from al carte options and then submitted my list to Hathway cable operator on ** Feb **** but he made different recharge and showing different channels to me for couple days then I ask Hathway cable operator to update the broadcasting channel as per my choice but he is giving me excuse that now days sever is busy al carte would not able to process. As per Hathway advertisement I have download Hathway app and select my al carte channel and submitted it but still, I am unable to see what I want to see. After complaint so many time I did not get any positive response nor my problem is taken seriously by Hathway and Hathway cable operator. From last week there is no cable is coming on my television after requested several times to Hathway customer care and Hathway cable operator. In fact, I have emailed to the nodal officer [Rajasthan Jaipur] but did not get any response. He must be working with Mr Narendra Modi.
I have paid money to avail service from Hathway so it's their responsibility to solve the problem as earliest but it has been ** days my problem is not taken seriously.
I have requested some many time to cable operator to show the cable and correct the mistake but it has been ** days still I am not able to view cable. Request you to please take a necessary step against defaulter person.
