- Company not returning my money Closed

I paid TVS Showroom(NRGC MOTORS at Koramangala *th block,******) Rs *,**,*** for TVS apache rtr ***. They promised me to give the bike in * days. They failed to deliver the bike and kept on delaying for * weeks until lockdown happened. Then i told them to return me my money. After * months of regular calling and mental harassment they agreed to pay me back but on weekly basis(**k every Tuesday). They paid for * weeks(i have to call them multiple times for this as well) and then stopped paying. Yesterday was the scheduled day to pay but they didnt. Now they are not picking the call and when i contacted them from different number they are talking disrespectfully. I cannot face this mental harassment again and again. I need my remaining Rs *,**,*** now at one go.
