- Company not ready to Refund my money ^{Offered Resolution}

Hi, I have booked a package from mumbai to Thailand for April **th as **th was my birthday, My family suggested me to delay the dates because of pandemic on February ** i requested them to delay the dates but they said its not possible as Thailand embassy is allowing to travel, then few days later Thailand embassy denied visa on arrival told her now to cancel the package but they told us they wont refund the amount and want us to amend the dates according to their norms and dates, told them first that we want refund and doesnt want to travel and they are literally giving us a run for our money and doesnt want to amend the days according to our dates, told them we cant travel in till month of April **** as we are not sure for the travelling dates as one of my friend who was suppose to travel would be out of country and told her i have my exams in the month of february and March ****, so told them the best dates they could give us is April **** but they also refused us to give dates in April and neither they are willing to refund the amount, as I spoke to them regards to refund they said cancellation would be applied and i have the total amount is non refundable I am really helpless now and I really dont know what to do, my travelling date is **th April and I got call from Yatra i believe on *th or **th April as they told we will get back to us in next **-** hour still no reply or calls from them and I am really worried about my hard earned money which i saved for my birthday, as our Prime minister Mr Narendra Modi also announced lockdown till *rd of May and we wont be able to travel, Please help
