Complaint filed against: Sony,xperia

I lodged a complain with national consumer forum vide docket no-523043 dt 29/11/2017.on 30/12/2017 co send a SMS proving service Id-17123000771 which is valid for 7 days.I went to co service centre ,asansol on 08/01/2018 as per telephone calling by service centre.They send a screen shot of my mobile to co and tell me I will call back after few dayswhere as co closed the chapter to NCF site on 29/12/2017.How It is possoble.Company denying their responsiibility.Please took the case as urgent.As per guideline of NCF I am lodging this complain.

Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
