- Company not able to resolve issues with Vehicle Open

My Wife is Owner of TVS Iqube Purchased April **** . Since last *+ months vehicle restarts suddenly while in run and many complaints are made to company . No complaints are sucessfully resolved till date . Each time complaint is raised , ticket is created and no action is taken unless chased for action . Till date company took vehicle for inspection * times , kept if for **+ days with no compensation and no alternative spare vechicle provided and issue is still not resolved . Managers of company are not responsible and no action is taken by them . Current complaint is reported * days back and till date they have not communicated plan to inspect vehicle . In * -* km runs , it restarts *-* times and this can be life theretning if hit by vehicle from behind
