- Company Fraud Package Undelivered Company Unresponsive Open
I had ordered a mobile cover on the *nd March and the order was supposed to reach by the *th of March and had provided with the proper details of delivery address. The company is unresponsive through their social media, whatsapp and calling numbers are switched off throughout. I had to personally track my shipment and found out that the order was misplaced because apparently we provided with the wrong PIN code of the address. To further check the details, on the Zapvi website it says the pincode was provided wrong and they've changed the pincode to get it delivered. When I checked with the delivery company XpressBee, they told me that the company gave them incomplete address and have provided with the pincode ******, where as I had provided with the right pincode ******. And now since the company is unreachable, both the companies have left me hanging. It's not about the mere money but they have cheated ***+ customers. And I request to close down all their platforms and issue a legal notice for fraudulent services and misleading customers. I would like my refund and they can keep their parcel, since the XpressBee company has said that they'll take another ** hours to get it fixed. Which is pointless for me now.
