Dear sir/madam,
I am Preeti Sonkar that holds a suzuki avenis with no- wb**at**** since february ****.i went for my *th free service to suzuki service center in **, elliot road kol-**. i reached there by *.** because i have office from ** am,from *.** am -*.** am the guard harassed me & did not take the scooty & told me to come by **.** am, I went there at **.** am in spite of having a booking for *.** am that the lady over the call took my booking & told me ok you come by *.**am. I booked the free service after I got the message that the *th service is due & the lady took the booking. now when i went there the service man is saying your date is valid for free servicing but your kilometres are more & you have run the scooty more than **** km so you will have to pay rs. **** & take paid service,i and my wife are working person we have taken scooty for travelling . I felt that it's a lame excuse. I used to have a yamaha scooty for the last * years. I have never been so troubled ever but since I have bought a suzuki scooty i am extremely facing a lot of issues regarding servicing. I plead with you to look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
