- Colive deposit amount NOT refunded Closed
I booked a property in Colive with reservation amount of Rs. *****. They promised to refund the deposit amount if I cannot move in. Then I couldn't move in because of lockdown and since then I have been trying to get in touch with the person who contacted me. His name is Saba. He has not been receiving any calls or replying me. I then reached out to the customer service and they keep saying it's approved and will be done but I haven't received it and it's been * months. Everyday I call and they say the same thing if at all someone at the customer care receives.
