I had visited one property and booked a bed with colive mobile app. While checkin I got call from area sales manager that that room is already booked my some other person and we cant provide you room also the booking amount which i provided is non refundable. Area sales manager Rani Gowda is so irresponsible she doesn't know how to talk with customer and have no information.Please help me out I want my token money to be refunded.
