- Club Mahindra Holidays Membership False Information and No Service after Membership Open
Greetings for the day.
I am Narendra kumar reddy Y from bangalore.
I have received ** + calls during christmas vacation week to avail the membership.
On *-jan-**** (Thursday) at *.** pm paid ***** inr using my credit card for the * year plan membership at my home. The sales person came to my home around *.** PM and explained all the membership plans. This is a single shot payment.
I am keep on calling and did message, but no response from the sales person. I am afraid and how the service will be while going forward. I have tried by calling them and asking for their service.
And i am very upset about the service part. Sales person gave me false promises before taking the membership, i have trusted him and paid membership fees. Once the membership is paid and i am mentally sick by calling them and sending whatsapp messages. I am not able to concentrate on my job also due to this.
I sincerely request you to cancel my membership and kindly refund my money back.

I have received my membership kit today via bluedart courier. I want to cancel my membership at any cost at earliest and immediately.
Before taking membership, club mahindra executives behind me by calling several times and after taking membership, I am behind them since * weeks. But no proper response.
When I checked by logging in my account of club mahindra - GoZest Classic membership, all the information which was explained by sales person was wrong and false information. It was all bluff to make me happy to buy the membership.
Seriously, I want my hard earned money back to my account. I do not want to take risk for * years with them and their service.
*. Jennifer - Bangalore branch - Called me during Christmas vacation
*. Mahi - Bangalore branch - She called me and took the appointment on *-Jan-****
*. Sonnal chatterjee- Sales person - Came to my home on *-Jan-**** at *.** PM
*. Shivanshu - Sonnal manager - In absence of Sonnal, I have contacted him but no proper response.
*. Raised the complaint in ConsumerComplaints portal, Sapna from Club Mahindra , chennai branch called me couple of times and i have explained all my problem and but finally no response.
*. I have contacted Rudresh from Club Mahindra, Member experience team, Koramangala branch in Bangalore - Since one week I am behind him but no progress. He keeps on telling I will do cancellation. But no progress.
*. Called ** times to Club Mahindra customer care regarding the cancellation but no help.
I am not able to concentrate on my work and personal life. It was mental torture for me and I want to get relief from this membership and I want my money back.
Kindly help me.
