I Had Made A Request To Cancel My Booking For Flight On **th Of March Due To Corona Out Break, While I Call The Airlines They Had Confirmed That They Will Refund The Full Amount But Clear Trip Executive Was Not Confirming The Same,After A Long Argument They Had Call The Airlines And Confirm That They Will Refund The Full Amount. After The Executive Informed Me That They Will Cancel The Ticket From Their End And Within One Hour I Will Receive The Notification For The Cancellation Of The Ticket ,I Had Waited More Than * To * Hours And Their Was No Notification From Clear Trip Regarding The Same. Again I Called The Cleartrip Support And When I Say All This Next Executive Put Me On Hold And Disconnected The Call, Again I Had Made The Call The Next Executive Was Saying A Different Story After Putting On Long Hold That They Had Not Cancelled The Ticket Yet From Their End, If It's Required To Cancel I Have To Make Call To Airlines And I Have Cancel It. I Was Clearly Asked , Ether I Need To Call Airlines And Cancel From My End In My First Call,At That Time First Executive Which I Had Spoke Informed Me That No Need And They Will Do It. Cleartrip Each CC Executive Is Giving Fake Information And Giving Very Hard Time To Customers.
Most Wondering Fact Is That Airlines Confirms For The Full Refund For Cancellation Of Particular Flight ,But Cleartrip Is Not Aware About That.
I Felt Like They Are Really Cheating The Customers Without Providing Proper Information And Support.
