I visit cinepolis regularly every now and then, and am a member of club cinepolis. As they offer, to add cinepolis club points, on every purchase of tickets, from their counter,or online website/app. From last 5 months, I have not received cinepolis points for atleast 20 movies. I tried complaining everywhere, but no response from the customer care. At the box-office counters, they say, your problem will be solved in 2 days, but it's 8 months now, and nothing has happened. I tried complaining in public on their fb page, so they blocked me, and ignored my texts in messenger too. Either they cannot solve this issue, or they don't want to. But I have been cheated, and I want my refund.
