Seeking mercy,I beg to mention that I have purchased one No 01 Ton Capacity Split type air conditioner ,ASGA12BMTA,Sl No:to32926,AOGR12BMTA,SlNo:to33073 for Rs 35000/- only,from M/s ETA General Pvt. Ltd, Sun Rise Mall, VASUNDHARA, Near Jaipuria SchoolGhaziabad,UP-201012 which has been supplied to me through their authorized dealer M/s TT AGENCIES, Rly Road Jwalapur, Haridwar on dt 21.02.2017.The packing of the machine was intact at my door step. This unit has been installed by the technical staff of the above stated authorized dealer at my premises.
On testing it was noticed that the machine was not giving cooling effect properly.The malfucctioning of machine was reported to the supplier.On multiple complaints the representative of service engineer visited at site and found that there as no gas in the machine hence reefed of gas was reported to me. Since it was not so bitter hot weather the cooling of machine could not be felt by me. After during peak hot weather it was noticed that the machine was unable to cool down the room temperature. Complaining the improper function the service engineer began blaming the installing technicians.As per his version non expertise of installation staff and ignoring the service staff for installing the machine had been the rout cause of defective function of the machine. While as per the version of Dealer there had been no compultion of installing the machine by the Ogeneral service staff only.
After above almost every month, the complaint was lodged with Ogeneral service sections at Roorkee and Jwalapur,Haridwar.It is noticed that the service staff is coming with different causes of poor functioning of machine e.g. improper selection of the A/c capacity and location /size of room etc etc..
My version is that the machine was braught defective and empty at site. After that feeloing ignored, the service staff had irritation with ill feeling so they delebrately left some lacuna and did not perform proper gas charging methodically. Secondly the company did not think the problem in depth neither referred this problem to Ogeneral company experts nor they thought for the replacement of machine. Finally the company should check the temperature of out going air feed for considerable duration to prove function of machine.
Sir,I prey : since the machine is costly affair for me and found malfunctioning since day one:
1. A fresh machine should be replaced by the company/dealer at once, free of cost, without any hitch.
2.In addition to above ,a sum of Rs 100,000/- should be reimbursed to me (the customer),as a penalty against the trouble and sufferings during complete prickly hot weather with great mental and physical harassment to a 75 yrs old ,very old Sr citizen i.e. me and my family members.
