Recently I was searching rooms through online website and I found few rooms of Colive very much comfortable and I called for enquiry, from the day I called I got many calls from Colive service providers regarding the various offers. One offer was like **k for one room per month if I book the room within * hour and he forced me to pay *k to confirm the room. Since the offer was good I have confirmed the room by transferring *k through online payment app. I have that proof. At the time of booking he not even mentioned about the refund policy just said if you don't like room at all company will refund the full amount. Since my personal issues I was not able to move so I have cancelled the booking and asking for refund from last * weeks but company is not responding and now service provider is mentioning the company refund policy, which is not even mentioned initially. Is this the way of providing good service?? Not at all it's completely fraud. This is how company making profit by cheating people like me. And they plan everything so perfectly that service providers will call through whatsApp so that we can't record their calls.
