- Cheating of E commerce website Amazon.in Open
I have purchased a laptop adaptor from DN Enterprises, Shop No.*, *st Floor, Grant Road (E), Dongre Bldg, Samrao Vithal Marg, Lamington Road, Mumbai-******, Ph:*** – ******** through e-commerce website of Amazon.in on **/**/****. They also attached invoice with one year warranty period. The adaptor received is defective and sent to service. I have received the defective Adaptor same without any service. I have paid courier charges Rs. **/- on **/*/**** through professional couriers, vide AWB No. HYD********. Till today I have not yet received exchange/service/replacement from Amazon.in. Every time they asking me to send the details once again. So many times I have sent my details but not yet received any positive result till today. Already * months passed. The remaining warranty period is only * months. They are reluctant to do anything. Every time they are sending irrelevant messages like be patience. They want to drag this case until the warranty period expires. How long it is going on I don't know. They deliberately are doing this. I have vexed with Amazon.in. I don't want to pay a further single paisa to them. I have lost
Rs. *,**,***/- from my consultancy services due to their irresponsibility. I don't have any muscle power, money power, and political power. Court also sent a summons to Amazon.in but there is no response till today. Is it coming under the court contempt case? If the warranty period expires, it is a very huge loss to me. Please help me in this matter at the earliest. I am begging you to help me. Waiting for your early help.
