Videocon refrigerator got the problem and I gave a call to Hapserv Coimbatore. A technician Vinoth Kumar attended my issue. He changed some of the spares in the refrigerator of around Rs. **** on March *nd **** ( bill attached ). On March *th **** itself again the same problem. The technician said wire problem will be there. We have to take it to some workstation to get completely solve this issue. On **th March **** I called him ( contact no: as per in bill ********** ) he asked few details and disconnected my call. He said he'll call later but he has not. On the website and in the bill it mentioned ** * * customer care. I waited for the next ** minutes. He again picked up my call. Then I called to second contact number which provided in bill and website www.hapserv.com. The lady spoke to me. She said in the morning I will call you sir please give some details of the issue. Next day **th March **** the lady Suganya called me and asked bill number and some details. In few minutes this guy Vinoth Kumar called around **:** was talking to very rudely and irrespective manner. I have recorded all the call records as evidence. We discussed the issue and I am not satisfied and I said I will complain about that he ( Vinoth Kumar ) said let's see no problem for me. Likewise, he used abusing words. I am a customer he ( Vinoth Kumar ) has to solve my problem, that's his duty. He telling some nonsense stories and all. Now I want a solution for this why he treats the customer like this unrespectable manner. He behaves like a hustler. Kindly take action on this fellow. He is looting the customer's money and work not properly done and not satisfying and behaving like this.
