I had opted for HD Omni plan in November **** and paid Rs. ****/- for the full year subscription. In this offer it was clearly mentioned that I can see Free_Hd Marathi add on channels, Free SD Marathi add on channels, Free Sony ten*, free Sony ten *, free Sony ten. *, WB, pogo, HBO, CNN, Cartoon network channels with price *.
But from last * days, I am not able to see Free HD Marathi addon & Free Marathi normal channels.
I have tried Videocon D*H customer care many times from the last * days. But no response and solution provided for my issue. The lines are connected after waiting *-** mins (at least) always. Executives mention to escalate to the supervisor but return back with their busy status and shamelessly ask to call back again. They don't even consider that we got the opportunity to get connected after waiting for long and calling back like starting over it again.
Two times when they answered my call, customer care executive just says that these channels are not your subscription and you have to opt for these channels if you want to see these channels. But when I opted for HD Omni plan in November ****, as per offer these channels were provided with zero cost. I have attached file for your reference. Also, I had opted a plan in November **** for a full year. Therefore ideally, my subscription should end in November ****. But in plan details, it shows my subscription ends in August ****. Thus Videocon D*H has cheated me by grabbing my money for a full year subscription.
