- Cheated the customer Open
I have raised a request to relocate my D*h from Chandanagar to Ameenpur in Hyderabad on *th May. First, they said within ** hours issue will get resolved. But May *th one person called me they said we will do it after that one person came deinstalled the D*h from the old house and then he said sir another technician will come to install just give a call after reach to a new house. He said that with the trust. I came to a new house called that person and he is not picking the phone. After that, every day I am calling to Videocon D*h customer care morning and evening they are telling will finish within * working hours but never happen. They are cheating the customer but *** Rs got deducted from my D*h customer account. Because of these people I have applied * leaves from my office. The evidence we can get from D*h customer care itself. Every time I call they said we are recording for training purpose.
