Wanted to bring to your notice that I had purchased * suits form Label suit online shopping site on **th Oct'**. I received the parcel today, **th Oct'** and was surprised to see the quality of the stuff delivered also there was size mismatch. I called them up on the no. given on the site i.e. **********. One Mr. Mishra picked up the call and told me that there is no issue they will initiate the refund for which a google form needs to be submitted. He sent the form and asked me to fill in the same. When I opened the form for filling in the details, I was shocked to see the details such as Credit card No., CVV, Date of expiry of the card mentioned as the mandatory fields. When I told him that I cannot share these details, he told me that it is mandatory to provide these details in the form for verification. When I refused to share the details he told me then you can do the verification through Google Pay and asked me to enter details viz., New Payment, Bank Transfer. He asked me to enter Bank account no as ********** and IFSC code as AIR ******* and my recipient name. Then then in the option to pay he asked me to enter ******* and in the column What is this for, he asked me to enter REFUND.
I found it very fishy, and told Mr. Mishra that I cannot do this and asked him to provide me any other way to communicate about my refund. To this he told me is it that you don't trust us/our company. Then how did you pay online. I told him that as I trusted I went ahead for shopping and payment. I told him that ok, I will fill in the details later, and if needed will call back on the same number. To which he told me that we attend to compliant only once, if you want the refund this is the only way else forget about the refund. The google form was received from his no. **********.
