I had done shopping of Rs ****/- from Big Bazaar Khajepura, Bailey Road (Bill No ***** and invoice No ******) dated ** Sep ****. At the delivery counter I was charged Rs */- for a carry bag with the company logo. When I pointed out the same the staff misbehaved and the ASM ( Asst Store Manager ) humiliated me. I have paid the money but charging for carry bags from customers and that too advertising the company logo is not correct.
