My broadband no *********** was charged incorrectly. I had made a service request to reduce my bill amount for non-usage during the covid** period because of being out of the city from the billing period **nd March to **nd May. During the covid** crisis, I was out of city and had no usage of internet services during that period. But they kept on giving bills also adding late payment fees to them. I was charged extra sum of Rs **** by them.
I have reached out to them on customer care regarding this issue but they have not done anything. I have recorded audio clips where they have assured me that my money will be adjusted but they have not done anything. Had multiple service requests initiated but of no use. I have wasted multiple hours(*-* hours) every day reaching out to them. This has caused me a lot of mental agony and anxiety. In these tough times, the amount of ignorance shown to customers by airtel shows the kind of respect they treat their customers with.
