I have booked Hotel Fabexpress Orange suites via Agoda and made the payment also.
This is my registered email address. Find the attached booking confirmation sent from agoda.
Why the hell this booking is not reflecting at the hotel??
I called fabhotels customer care and asked the same. They informed me that agoda didn't moved the hotel to sold out. And I should cancel the booking to get the refund amount as the hotel is already completely sold out.
I AM WAITING AT THE HOTEL LIKE AN IDIOT.
I want my money back immediately.
