- Channels not yet active after successful recharge Closed
Pathetic service ever got, these guys are irritating me like hell. I recharged my Airtel DTH two and a half weeks ago, following all the new rules. I am not getting all the channels for which I paid a huge amount. And the worst part is I got a call from the service centre to solve the problem, instead of solving my problem they increased it to another level, now I am not getting the channels which were accessible to me earlier. And the addition to it is, they logged a ticket for account discontinuation. I mean guys seriously this is how they provide service to their customers. They are asking me, again and again, to do the same task as if we are not having anything else to do but to select and re-select the channels and let u guys know about the same. I am fed up with the guys and the way their support staff talk is pathetic, they sound as if they are doing a favour to us.
