- Channel subscriptions cleared Open
I have given request to remove Cartoon Network and Pogo from my subscription and add Star Sports(***). They have cleared entire subscription and ask me to subscribe to all channels again. I was just requested for complaint and I really get an arrogant reply from representative (Sujata Shinde-*****). I was asking to register a complaint and that too she was not ready to give. I have attached call recording that she denied registering a complaint. I could see my channels for last ** days and after modification request, I am not able to see anything. It results and into the clean sweep of all channels selected by me. I want to raise complaint but RM clearly denied to raise it. I tried calling multiple times to customer care and after waiting for more than ** minutes to get an answer from RM. Request your attention to solve this issue.
