My Booking ID : NF**************. This was a non stop flight, they cancelled the flight Id booked and changed the pnr details without permission. When i raised a refund request you've simply changed thr pnr details to a conmwcting flight that took ** hours and flew in the morning. I had to book another flight because of this.
