Hi Anish and VI Team,
Thank you for the call. You are the only person in VI who understands the concerns and accepts the mistakes made by all * VI agents and the supervisor.
I am a Vodafone customer from **** and never came across such issues ever but this is the height of everything.
Let me explain the issue here again chronologically.
*. I received a call from a VI representative (lady) on **th Nov at **:**am from +** ** **** **** phone number.Call duration - **min **sec.On this call the VI lady representative was telling me the benefits on new family plans VI has launched. She stated that if I choose to change to that plan, I will get amazon prime and some VI play access for one year. I refused to change my current plan and opted out of the options she gave. I told her that I do not want to change my plan but if she can look into the bill issue it should be great. She tried checking and stated that there is an issue with my detailed bill opening on her system and she will callback within an hour. To which, I have not heard from her yet. I received an SMS in the afternoon stating my plan was changed to a different plan which the VI lady was trying to sell me and I had refused. I fail to understand why this was changed without my consent. I was given a choice to take it or reject it and I choose not to change my plan.
*. I then wrote to VI in the evening of **th Nov. I received an email reply from K. Ramesh stated they will reply to me by **th Nov. I again fail to understand why VI needs * days to take care of an issue.K. Ramesh in the email had stated that he tried reaching me over the phone which is incorrect as I never received any call / no call was unanswered. This is again a lie from your second representative.
*. Then I called VI on their phone number *** on **th Nov at **:**am and spoke with Sunny and Supervisor Tushar.Call duration - **min **secAt the start of the call I spoke with Sunny who then transferred the call to Supervisor Tushar. Tushar understood the issue and apologised for changing the plan without consent. He confirmed that he will reinstate my earlier plan which produces a bill of approx *** INR. He said it will happen in ** hours. He also confirmed that the charges billed on my number of INR*** approx and INR ** approx will be waived and I will get the updated bill as well within ** hours.
*. The changes did not happen in ** hours so I made the next call on **th Nov at **:**pm (i.e. after more than ** hours approx).Call duration - **min **secI got connected to a lady representative (she never gave her name) and after telling her the issue she put me on hold to connect to the supervisor desk and never came back for more than ** min. The call automatically was disconnected from VI's end after holding the line for more than **min.I immediately at ****pm sent an email about the call being on hold for more than **min and then being disconnected supported by the call recording.
*. I then called VI again on **th Nov at *:**pm and spoke to Sakshi Singh.Call duration - **min **secAfter speaking to Sakshi she registered the complaint and stated that I would receive a call from the backend team.
Everytime I called VI I was given incorrect information and were unethical. Being a VI (Vodafone) customer from ****, being loyal was a mistake it seems as now the backend team representative Anish Sayed states that he understands and accepts the mistake of the representative and also the supervisor. However, he or his management cannot do anything. This is absurd. This is cheating customers. You change plans without the consent of customers, then your representatives gives wrong info, supervisors confirm that it will be taken care of and they do not action it. Has Vodafone become VI to rip off the customers??
I am definitely changing my Telecom Service Provider if this issue is not taken care off soon. I want my earlier plan to be reinstated asap which produces a bill of INR *** monthly and the incorrect charges of INR *** and INR ** should be waived off.
I am attaching call records for ready reference and quick resolution.
