I have applied for my son, for the Big Bang test conducted by FIITJEE institute towards the admission into **th standard in national wise. test date was **th October and the student should report by *.** AM as per hall ticket at the examination center AKSHARA institute located at Venkatachalam toll gate, Nellore. Instructions strictly mentioned that student will not be allowed later *.** Am and report by *.** AM. Institute has sent the message again a day before with an information examination that will be held at the AKSHARA institute, as given in the hall ticket. Ad per this we have reached the center by *.** Am, but we had not seen any faculty there and watchman of that center has told us that examination is not being conducted here, it has been shifted to other college DK women's college which is ** km away to there in another side of the city. But the institute examination team has neither provided staff not any other co-ordination faculty to guide or suggest the students. It is pure negligence of institute management and carelessness over the student life. This was caused the tension in travel to us and caused the accident to us in further journeys with a short duration. Consumer court may do needful by penalizing the institute and do justice financially & seat provision in that institute and not to repeat by the institute to create mental tension in students
