Hello Sir, On **th July ****, I purchased Two eye glasses from EYEMYEYE portal (Order ID : EY************* & EY*************). That time they have one offer of ***% cashback upto **** rs. there were few Conditions, Which I followed all. Attached document * is the terms and condition pdf. As per the Terms and conditions This offer will not combined with Buy one get one offer. I had placed two orders on **th July and wrongly I applied Buy one get one offer. next day When I called eyemyeye customer support to know about my eligibility or cashback they said my order not eligible because I applied B*G* offer. they suggested me to cancel the order and place a new order without B*G* offer. then I placed the new order on **th July (Order ID : EY************* & EY*************). this time I followed all their T&Cs and even their customer support informed me that now I am eligible for cashback subject to one condition which was I need to fill cashback claim form after ** days of product delivery with in * days. I submitted the form successfully with in time limit. but after waiting for so many day I called eyemyeye customer care. Initially they were saying that I am eligible for cashback but we have system issue thats why cashback is delayed but after some days they said I am not eligible because I cancelled my **th July order. My **th July order was not eligible for their offer then how they can deny my cashback on **th july order. I followed up alot but they are giving any solution. even I filed three complaints on consumerhelpline website. they are not replying me. every time they are saying same thing that I didn't followed the Terms and conditions but they never told me which term and condition I did not fulfilled. they harassed me alot. Please help me to get my cashback amount plus I want compensation for all the harassment happened to me. Thank You sir.
