I have purchased a LeEco Super X** Pro Television on **/**/**** in an pre launch offer of INR**** cashback within * month. Order ID *************. Last month when I called to the customer care and mentioned about this they asked me to wait another one month which is the end of the promised * month tenior. Now after * month completion when I get back to them they are just asking to mail and wait more. Please sort this out and have me my promised INR**** at the earliest. Really need the money. This is how I planned to buy.
