I have done a shopping of RS.****.**/- at brand factory (Mindspace, Malad) on **/**/****.
There was a offer of converse bag at discounted price of rs.*** if you purchase the goods for over ****/-
At the time of bill payment cashier Manoj Kumar said that the bag is out of stock and we cannot provide the same and asker me to pay RS.**/- extra for carry bag
I denied to pay extra for the carry bag and told him to call the manager
Manager itself was very rude and told me to pay for the carry bag as company charge for it and not us and didn't even disclose his name.
Manoj Kumar (cashier) and manager told me that if you want to complaint the issue you can do the same but you have to pay for the carry bag
They (Manoj Kumar & manager) also made a different bill for the goods purchased and for the carry bag charges and denied to make on one bill
I want a refund of carry bags charges and a converse bag too as they said it was out of stock and a compensation charges of RS ****/- for the mental agony caused by deficiency in services
The carry bag endorses it's brand(brand factory) on the carry bag which is not justified...it's illegal
