- Car issue- still not resolved after multiple followups Open

We had visited the dealer one day prior delivery for inspection, that time we had raised few concerns regarding the rubbing mark & vehicle cleanliness issue, it was the same on the delivery day too. They attended to the issue after we pointed out the same again prior taking the delivery(this shows their attitude towards customer satisfaction).
*) PDI was not done prior delivery, I had to face *rd gear stuck issue from day one. Again I had to visit for the same within * days of delivery. If something had gone wrong while driving on the highway, who would have been held responsible. This kind of attitude is not acceptable by a reputable brand like TATA.
*)Even steering wheel was not aligned properly(it is resolved as of now), it was just pure negligence on part of Concorde motors. If they had done the PDI before delivery, it would have saved on service visits.
*)Bad exhaust burning smell inside cabin from day one when traveling over **kms p/hr.
We had visited the dealer * times for gear issue & burning smell, gear issue somewhat resolved (gear shift still not smooth). Rubber burning smell still coming inside the cabin even after the ****+km run.
Latest I was told that Tata Motors is working on the same issue(burning or exhaust smell seeping inside the cabin) on another Tigor car, once they find the solution it will be implemented in my car to solve the issue.
Since Concorde motors after *mnths & ****+km run are not able to resolve the issue, I request Tata motors to resolve the same & give me an ETA. I know this can go until infinity if there are no deadlines set, so I request some senior responsible person from Tata motors to take this on priority & confirm me on mail the ETA to completely resolve the issue.
If it cant be resolved by the ETA was given, please consider the following options:
•Buyback of my car by Concorde motors(close the total car loan+what ever charges applicable)
•exchange with a new car of same value, features, and price
