Club Mahindra Holidays
- Cancelled Membership but no refund Closed
I have taken Club Mahindra holiday membership on **th June **** by paying Rs.*,**,***(Three lac sixty thousand). I have cancelled the membership by writing a mail to email@example.com on *nd July ****.
As per the company policy which is mentioned the document provided in time of membership joining time, If the customer cancels the membership with in **days, full refund will happen with in **days. Document is attached.
*. I have called their customer care more than **times, every time they are saying they will arrange a call back from the branch (Bangalore- Mr. Pankaj) and the cancellation is under process. Mr. Pankaj hardly called me.
*. I have mailed more than **times to know the status of the refund, but got only one replay saying refund will take **days of time.
*. I have called Mr Kesav, how will I get my money back. He is avoiding and saying it will take **days, where as at the time of joining he told me Refund will happen with in **days. Now he is not responding my call.
*. Mr. Pankaj came to my home to convince me for retention, but I am not interested and I have personal reason for the cancellation. I told him please process my cancellation asap, so that I should get my money back with in **days. Also I have showed him the document and send the document scan copy to him. I also called Mr. Pankaj more than ** times, he hardly respond my call. Even he is the person who is suppose to respond my mail.
*. I have called Mr Satish (Branch Manager) *-* times, every time he asked me give some time and he is not aware about my case which pending in his office last **days.
Now I am helpless, Please help me.
