My flight book id NF*************, the air india flight was not operational due to lockdown and MMT had informed me I can reschedule flight tickets till Dec ** ****. But now I donot have the option to reschdule my flight tickets in MMT APP and they donot have any customer care for flight bookings to help us. Either I want refund of my flight ticket or option to reschedule my flight tickets
