- Cancelled Flight Refund Not received Open
Booked the Flight early ****. Due to Pandemic the flights got delayed till next year. The Journey date was mid May **** and got extended to use till May ****. In **** Govt regulation has come and full refund has been approved. Airlines refunded the full amount to EaseMytrip. As I had ** people ticket where * in a single ticket and * in other. I got refund for the ticket which had * member. But not received the refund for the ticket with * member. From Feb first week till now around * months when ever I call ro email they are saying the payment will be made shortly. They have escalated the case to the technical team as some issue has happened. However the issue has not been resolved and they have not given any contact no for escalation also after asking several times. All they write in email is also same thing again and again.
