I took the Byju's subscription on Dec **. Their representative Mr Shubham clearly told that they will provide the material as per the class syllabus but when I received the material, it was not as per that. The same I complain to the Byju's for cancellation of subscription they told me that they will provide the same within one week. But they failed to do so. Now they are refusing the cancellation of the subscription and telling that I didn't tell them within ** days whereas I told them for cancellation within ** days.
