- CANCELLATION OF PACKAGE NOT DONE IN TIME Open
An executive from BYJUs, Mr. Ankush Baboria visited our residence and explained us about the learning app from BYJUs.
He told us about the offer and the fees that can be paid through easy EMIs through Bajaj Finance. The total fees was Rs. **,***/- and it was divided into ** EMIs. We had received the Tab on **/**/**** and I called the executives of BYJUs many a times since **/**/**** to ask about the cancellation procedure but all in vain.
Now, I have got the mail ID from Mr. Ankush to cancel the same and he had also told that no charges will be deducted if we surrender the same within ** days of receiving. Still it has not been ** days since I have received the Tab but got my first EMI for Rs. ****/- deducted on **/**/****.
So, kindly initiate the cancellation procedure for me to surrender the same as my child's studies are getting hampered due to this. Also, initiate to refund my EMI to my account. No doubt it's a good app but I think it's too early for him to use the same. He uses it continuously and due to that his work remains incomplete and he has not been able to concentrate on his studies.

Kindly note that this was the first mail I have sent to BYJUS cancellation team.
After this mail, I have mailed at different mail IDs of Byjus but insane. All the times, it responded with the same message and a number to call on.
And my last mail was on **/**/****, but nothing happened till date. Kindly handle the matter from your end.
