sir , one year back we have taken the byjus classes product for my child . but due to some financial crisis and lack of child interest and time management , we decided to cancelled the product . so we mailed and contacted the byjus cancellation team for cancellation. after raising the no of attempts they said the product was cancelled. so we thought it was closed but * mnths back we received legal notices from the IIFL finance regarding the byjus loan. so again we raised the concern. the byjus team was said the product was cancelled and we provide NOC for that like the way they answered . but after that we frenquently contacted them and raised our concern but they did not provide NOC and not even considered
