Hello Team,
I have booked for a Broadband Connection with ACT Fibernet for a * months plan (ACT-Storm) which costed me around Rs.****. On the same evening, I found a better package from a different Broadband network and I have asked ACT Salesperson to cancel my booking. He mentioned that he can do only after the account number getting created and he said he will do it the next day. The account number got created on the same night and I have shared it with him as well on the same day. From next morning, there is no update from him and he is not responding to my calls and messages.

I want the booking cancellation to be done immediately and refund initiated asap.
This has caused me so much of frustration and upset.
Salesperson is Gnanavel - **********.
Please help me on this.
