I have booked my flight from goibibo (spicejet) for April but due to COVID** all flights was cancelled. I had received a message from spice jet for credit shell for this amount.
Then i call to goibibo to refund my amount on cash and his executive told me to call spice jet to refund amount to from spice to goibibo and the they will refund my money.
When spice jet refund my money to goibibo then goibibo are not returning my money and saying this is credit shell amount for booking flight only.
