- Cancel and refund the flight ticket Open
I have booked a flight to Manchester from new delhi (Etihad airways) via travelgenio. But due to coronavirus outbreak, The government of india has advised against traveling to Europe. I have applied for cancelling and refund on **.*.****(more than ** hours before the scheduled time) as my flight was scheduled on **.*.****.
But I didn't receive any acknowledgement or refund of the ticket. Now the airlines are directed to refund the flight tickets completely, so kindly do help me and refund my ticket urgently.
