i booked a cab from mmt on **th aug ****. paid full from my credit card in advance. they mentioned i will get driver details * hour prior to the booked time. my booking time was **.** pm. till ** i didnt get any details about the whereabouts of driver or car details. i followed up with mmt customer service. they kept diconnecting my calls saying i need to select "cab" from the ivr option while there was no such option was coming in ivr. i tried more than ** times and finally someone from cs transferred me to a cab booking department. i also sent an email to their cs. after so much of following up, i got car and driver details at around **.** pm. i tried reaching driver multiple times, it was a weird process where i needed to input otp everytime i tried calling at the no. of driver provided by mmt. finally i got connected to driver and asked him where is he and what time he will reach, to which he replied that he will be there in ** mins...i said ok. then i waited and waited and waited for ** mins and finally he arrived at **.** p.m. at my pick up location...as soon as i entered the cab, i felt a strong foul smell and rug full of dust...i asked politely we can removed it as we have problem with dust, then he became very aggressive and started shouting that its cleaned everyday and all...then we didn't argue much and sat in the car with family...then he started ranting about mmt has not yet started the trip and all, he will not get paid, then just after *** meters we needed to pick up our mom who was staying in the same township in different apartment, then again he started shouting the we need to pay extra and all...we agreed but by that time we became very cautious about his behaviour...even the wind shield of the car was damaged and i felt uneasy with the driver behavior and decided to get down the cab as we all were females traveling and it was quite unsafe to travel out of city with that driver. we requested mmt to give us different cab or reschedule the trip but they kept calling and forcing us to travel with the same driver...they were not thinking about our safety and just saying that we should go in the same cab to which i denied it bcz it was a clear issue of my safety and well being. then i asked mmt to either refund the amount or give me a coupon of that much amount which i will use for any other booking...i kept trying to reach cs to get it resolved as i could not use their cab service becz of threatening behaviour of driver. they are not ready to either refund full amount or provide any coupon value of same amount...i am ready to adjust by making use of coupon to book any other service inspite of such a bad experience with them however they are not doing anything and keep closing my ticket by giving false claim and pretexts.
