My name is eswar sheshu botla. I've enrolled in byjus ias program on **-**-****. Due to medical and financial issues I've applied for cancellation on **-**-****.
As per their policy there's a ** days return or cancellation period.
So I've submitted the cancellation request within the timeline only. After contacting them continuously I got response from them asking bank account details to issue refund
(I paid amount ₹*,**,*** through credit card they said we'll refund the amount to your bank account then you've to pre close the emi)
I've submitted my bank details on **-**-****. They said I'll get refund within ** working days.
I've not received the refund and after that onwards I'm contacting them daily they are saying we will get back to you asap.
It's been **+ days since I have applied for cancellation. But their answer is same we'll get back to you asap. No proper response from the team.
Unfair trade practice. Customer support is pathetic. Sometimes while talking to them I lost control.
Simply saying sorry and cut off the call.
