- Byju s is not cancelling my online classes subscription Closed

My father registered online classes for me and my brother for grade * @ Rs *****/- on **.**.**** (Rs ***** deposited instantly and remaining amount Rs *****/- considered as loan from Byju's. Monthly deduction of Rs ****/- started from my father's saving account from **.**.****.During registration they told us that all the money will be refunded if you cancel the subscription within ** days. We studied till **.**.**** and found time slots were not suitable as per our availability. We requested to change time slot but they didn't change. At last we wrote a mail regarding cancellation of online classes subscription on **.**.****.We also spoke with them over phone regarding our problem and cancellation of the subscription. They told that ok, our Sr. Manager will talk to you regarding this. We daily followed up with Byju's but nobody talked with us regarding cancellation and refund of our money. One day a lady employee of Byju's talked with me over phone and told me that we will not refund your any amount. I requested her and explained about their comittments during registration but she didn't listen me and told me "do what ever you can do but your money will be not refunded and loan will be also not cancelled".
We are frustrated and feeling helpless.
